  • I've been doing ok, eating little, eating healthy but as usual my weight is stable...I know I know I need to start working out if I do want to loose while eating small but normal/healthy; I even got the BODY for LIFE book; I really REALLY want to start liking to work out...this is going to be mega challenge!!!

    Anyway, I'm back on the cleanse/fasting again; I don't have a goal, I'll do it however long I'll feel like doing it.

    Oh, I just got a dress that's WAYYYY to tight/small for me...it will be my motivation to get in shape by the mid summer!

    Anyway, off to read the book, work some and enjoy the spring! Hope ya'll doing great. xoxo

  • NOTHING, NOTHING not even 0.00001 lbs lost in 3 or 4 days!!!! I can't believe it...WTF? I knew I'm going to be pissed although I told myself I shouldn't but I'm doing soo good, everything right and again... and i'm stuck stupid 10 pounds loss....but come on after only 10 pounds...I'm pissed.

    I should be rational,it's been only 12 days ...I will make myself work out next week at least three times a week...

  • I spoiled myself yesterday with two skinny margaritas. Except two of them, I ate about 1/2 cup of soup [and the "mixture" and lemonade I mention below].

    Today on the other hand I spoiled myself with healthy yummy food.

    I start my morning with a glass of water, lemon juice and cayenne pepper [since discovering health benefits of cayenne, I add it to everything!!]. and then mixture of teaspoon of flaxseed meal, oat bran and bran along with two to three spoons of fat free greek yogurt [I've got to admit, I LOVE the FF greek yogurt!]. That little mixture is great for fiber and digestion.

    I also made super easy and healthy curried zucchini soup! It's basically a "cream" soup, as you blend all the veggies and add little [guess what?] yup, the yogurt. I use homemade vegetable stock and just onions, zucchini and curry.

    I also ate half of whole wheat wrap, with tuna, dijonaise [OMG, that stuff is brilliant!! Such a low calorie condiment!], tomatoes, peppers and lettuce. My BF devoured one and a half!

    I've been basically making everything from scratch at home, I want only the best ingredients and I want to know what's my food. From soup stock to dressings, all homemade... except bread [for my BF] and wraps[I dont' eat many, but I freeze them and they stay fresh for long]. He loves how everything tastes; he gets a lot bigger portions of course accompanied by either bread or potatoes or rice... I skip those.

    I've drastically reduced my portions, when I say cup of soup, it's really less than a cup, the salads and veggies are a heaping cup etc.

    I love food and I love cooking [but know I just cook very light and eat small portions]; before I used to love to go out but the portions in restaurants are enormous and they cook everything with butter or other shit; you really don't know what's in your food. While I still like to go out; I get mostly salads or sushi [I would never ever in million years give up sushi!]

    Anyway, tomorrow I weight in; I don't feel like I'm loosing anything...but then again I have long way to go to see results...

  • I'm doing great, still no coffee and alcohol, still very large amounts of water and restrictive/healthy eating. I know the weight loss may slow down this week as I started eating solids, so I'm not weighting myself until Friday.

    I can't bring myself to serious exercising but I walk a lot more; spring cleaning around the house also helps me sweat my a$$ off... we'll see...

  • On Saturday weight in I officially lost 10.8 pounds! I haven't weighted myself since, I try to go 2-3 days without stepping on the scale for 1. not to go into obsession 2. see bigger results :D

    I did eat few slices of lean meat on Sat, along with 1/4 pickle and few grapes- I drank the "lemonade" rest of the time.
    Yesterday was the family Easter brunch/dinner. I think I've done wonderful, had small/tasting portions of lean meat with horseradish, piece of duck and salad did not touch potatoes, bread or cakes. Had two glasses of champagne.

    Today had the "lemonade" for breakfast, starting to drink green tea [I couldn't have any tea except the laxative tea on the fast] and will eat very small portions of super healthy foods. I hate exercising but will start, instead had a brisk uphill/downhill walk for 1/2 hour.

    I am no longer drinking coffee and bowed not to, unless I go for lunch out or stuff like that, but will not drink it at home; I was like the biggest coffee drinker ever but to my surprise I do not miss it and my skin is SOOOO much BETTER...

    Hope everyone is doing great. Oh yeah I read ladies, I seldom comment, but I will try to get better at it, promise!
